Spicy Michelada

Ingredients
1 Mexican Lager
2 oz. Tomato cocktail Juice
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4-6 Dashes Hot Sauce
2 Limes, lime for garnish, reserve 1 lime for juice
A Dash of Soy Sauce, optional
Tajin or chili lime seasoning

Alternative to Lime on Rim: Chamoy
Directions
  1. Use a lime wedge to rim the top of your glass or mug.
  2. Add salt or Tajin onto a flat plate and dip it into the mixture to coat. 
  3. In your glass or mug, add ice, Clamato tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce (optional), hot sauce, and lime juice. 
  4. Next, slowly pour in your beer of choice. 
  5. Gently stir until well combined and add your garnish of choice. 
  6. Enjoy! 

 

Tip: Instead of using lime on the rim, use chamoy.
